    Hi Francois,

I recently discovered a silly bug, that is causing the input channel filter to be unselectable for MIDI input mappings. It was a bug that sneaked into version 1.21, where I made MIDI input available for plugins as well. It will be fixed in 1.28, which I hope to release this weekend.

Unfortunately , Frits , 1.28 did not solve my problem. The midi filter is effective but the events recorded in the track are in channel 1 , when playing , it always adress channel 1 , what ever i selected on my Roland Keyboard…So i can adress only one of the 16 channels/instruments offered by the plugin “orchestral”.I don see what i can do 🙁

The MIDI in channel filter decides which events should be recorded on the track. But the recorded note events are not stored with MIDI channel information. The MIDI output channel specified in the device mapping on the track decides what channel the note events should be output to. If the ‘orchestral’ plugin is multitimbral, you should import it as a multitimbral plugin in the project wizard. This should create 16 MIDI channel mappings, in addition to the audio mappings.
