sorry to bitch but i am a serious potential client to buy this program and the nag screen and limitations are driving me nuts. i want to spend two or three days putting a finished tune, from the beginning on Podium. ya know, see how it all works and feels cause it sure looks good. but….it is a difficult task.

why not have 15 days of unlimited use? sure would make it easier to test drive!

yeah, agreed. using the demo isn’t really fun because of the limitations …

You might want to consider picking up the “freebie” version of 1.77 with this month’s Computer Music magazine. The magazine itself was worthless to me, but for $15US, I got a full (albeit older) version of Podium to demo.

It also comes with some cool synths and stuff. The most recent CM comes with ZebraCM and Podium which is worth more than the cover price IMO, and also a bunch of other goodies too. CM-303 is a nice touch.

Sound advice. That way you could play around with it for as long as you want. Also as Haiku said there are other fancy toys in the mag that may interest you. 8)

While the version with CM Magazine is totally free it also is a 100% full version of Podium with no limitations. None. The only thing missing is the zReverb. 😉
