“The project device set up is done and you are now ready to create arrangements…”

This message appears once a new project has been created (which is great) but… it also has been appearing on my system when attempting to access existing projects as well. Which must be a bug surely.

The confirmation message serves it’s pupose extremely well once a new project has just been created (keep that please) but it should not appear when accessing an existing project as well surely ❓

The message is added as a stickie note to the project object. Just delete the message in the stickie note window when you’re tired of reading it.

Ok 😉 but when the message is visible a simple click on it does not remove it. When you click on the icon it brings up the same message again in a notepad. This then can be deleted.

There are more important things I would like to see in Podium 😉 but if possible please consider an option to remove the message when starting up Podium (a likely source of confusion) and also when accessing an existing project (again likely to cause confusion).

The message has no purpose for existing projects or when starting up Podium if an existing arrangement is already there. A minor hassle at first but a major hassle when switching between a large number of projects. 😉

If you can please consider removing this message where it is clearly not needed. It is of course an essential popup IMHO, to avoid new users wondering what to do next once a new project is created but will likely confuse, if it pops up all the time. 😉

If the stickie note pops up in your existing projects, then it must be because you created those projects with the new project start page. Just delete the message, save the project, and it no longer pops up the next time you load the project. I considered adding an option in the preferences dialog where you could disable the creation of the stickie note, but as you said, there are more important things to do.

Yes the projects I am having problems with are new projects. 😉

I did try your suggestion but it did not work…however….If you did consider adding an option at least consider implementing it on one of your less busy days… 😆

    Cheers. 😉
