Topic: podium not getting along well with battery 2

    when i press the volume envelope on off button (circled in the picture) the cells sound a hell of a lot louder and distorted. is this a bug? i tried it in tracktion, cubase and live and it worked ok.

    pls help.

    I’m downloading the new Battery 2.1 demo right now. Will check it out later. Are you using version 2.1?

    ok now i’m really mad. i just found the single thing that bugs me (terribly) about podium: upon save it does not save changes i made to the basic kit in battery. nor does it save any tweak. all the samples are gone, all the tweaks are gone and i’m left just with the midi clips.

    yeah i know i can save the kit from within battery, but any other host i tried with battery saved the kit. and i’m a very distracted person and i doubt it i will alwasy remeber to save the kit in battery andthen close podium.

    You probably just need to put a library preset on the battery track. Many new users have expressed confusion about this, so I’m going to do something about it soon. It has been discussed here:
