Topic: Podium Vista M-Audio asio driver

    Hi Fritz , i have problem in setting up my asio drivers in vista 32 , got a error message and Podium close.
    Here it is:
    “The exception Integer division by zero
    (0xc0000094)occured in the application at location 0x006213a4
    Click ok to terminate the program.
    This happen after selecting Asio , M-Audio , and Apply

    Hi francois,

    Sorry for the late response.

    What has changed on your machine since it was last working: Is it the first time you are using Vista, are you using a new audio interface, or have you just updated the drivers?

    I thought my message was gone to the end of the galaxy…(joke!)Well , i changed my mother board and my sound card i have a Delta1010lt , but i think the problem is not there , because i have 2 OS , Vista 32 and Xp , with xp i dont have problem even xp64.Btw , is podium taking advantage of 64bits OS ?Yep its the first time i try vista…not happy with it!if i make more test i’ll keep you informed.Plannning to try Vista 64.

    For an application to take full advantage of a 64bit OS, it needs to be compiled specifically for a 64bit OS. This 64-bit version will not be able to run on a 32-bit OS. At some point I’ll make the jump to creating a 64-bit version of Podium, but I see no need for it yet. The current Podium version runs fine on 64-bit OS, judging from some of the user-feedback on this forum.

    I agree with that , but i am waiting for the drivers 64bits of my Delta1010lt ,not yet released for Vista:cry:
