Is there some kind of read/write function. In the lates beta (0.95) the curves seems always recorded when doing a realtime change in the mixer (while playing). Is there a way to disable this.

Great that the sliders are moving with the mouse. Is this a sign of a release 😉

Not currently since I’ve always disliked the principle of automation R/W buttons as used by other hosts, so I am curious:

Why would you want to move the sliders if you don’t want it to be recorded? If you’re dragging the slider you can use the right mouse button to abort/undo the curve change.

I hope so 8). I’ve still got to do the pan automation and then fix the MIDI import before we have a potential 1.00.

😯 well just to check/try (a) volume while playing >> it doesn’t mean that it has to be recorded. 😉

I think it’s kind of “wierd” that you have no option to write/record it or not.

Perhaps a modifier key (while dragging the Volume slider) to just monitor a volume change?

I considered implementing the shift key to move a ‘ghosted’ knob to a slider position, and then releasing shift to start recording from this position. If you released the knob before releasing shift, you would have your ‘monitor’ mode for the slider. Good idea?

    Seems a functional idea.
But you’ll have to put a popup help balloon to make sure people know about this functionality 😉
