On page 14 in the manual it shows how to select your instrument. I can hear it but I can’t record it. I can’t find the midi editor/piano roll window. I must be missing something.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks[/list]

As for recording MIDI. I have no idea as I can’t play keys to save my life.
But the piano roll is visible after you draw a measure or more in the track lane and then either double click on the newly created MIDI object or open the editor window under the track list, next to the Mixer button and select the MIDI object.
    I hope I was clear.
It is easier for me to visualize what I want to do than to explain it 🙁
