I went to record somthing the other day, I pressed the R on the track that I wanted to record(midi track) and the R on the track I wanted to record to (mix in left+right/ sound card), before I actually recorded I tried to set the level better and when I pressed play to do so I could here a very short delay on the material I wanted to record ( like when you put a delay effect on 1/16) what am I doing wrong ❓

stuI’ll do my best to get it to you but its quite difficult for me to do so. This computer that Im talking to you on now is not the one I use for podium, in fact its not even under the same roof as that one. The one I use for podium has’nt got a floppy drive or cd/w so the only way I can do this is to take my hard drive out and put it into this one and do it like that. Could you let me know exactly how to attach it to an email and send it because Ive never done it befor.
While Im doing this I’ll take the oppertunity to tell you about a bug to do with Daichi Synth 1 and I’ll incorporate it into the same project for you so you can take a look at it. When you try to store a libary preset for synth 1, the name of the preset in bank 0, and place 0 within that bank, comes up instead of the preset you want to store. the rite sound is still played and everything but the name is wrong. All the presets I use are My own so I don’t have any of the Teksonic or any other banks loaded in the synth, only My own.
Also I am very kean to see Podium Develop, and also very kean to be part of it. I was just wondering if you would prefer sugestions concentrating on how to develop things that already exesist in podium or whole new ideas ❓
ZynewaveThat sounds like a lot of trouble just to email me a project file. Perhaps we can manage without going that far. So you’re not using any backup of your harddrive files? How about getting a usb memory key? A 128MB key can be bought for maybe 15 dollars these days.

I have plenty of feature suggestions to work with for at least a year. What I would appreciate to know about is bugs and minor things that people find confusing or annoying.
stuIve actually got one of those smart media adapters but I have’nt got a card for it, I’ll look in to getting one( being a student Im pretty short changed at the mo, and also things are alot more expensive in England). I don’t mind using my HD to transfer for now, I want all those little problems in Podium fixed just as much as you do (well maybe not quite as much as you do but still), and if thats what it takes then thats what I’ll do 😆 , Just don’t expect them to get to you at speed (I’ll probably have to attach a little note to the email reminding you what the hell it is 😆 ).
The reason I asked about suggestions is because Ive seen just how many you get and how there all over the place, everyone wants this that and the other doing, I have visions of all the staff at Zynewave getting stressed out to the max so If thats what you’d prefer thats what I’ll concentrate on. Ive just got to say that Podium realy is a class sequencer,
when I first saw it I new that this was the one I’d been looking for, Its got the envelopes that I missed from Acid when I changed to Cubase and Pretty much everything Cubase has to offer and more, AND 😆 when I saw the hierachic mixer, that just sold it for me, Keep up the ground breakin work 😀 .
