    Does Podium let you save/export a midi file with 15 tracks so that each track is saved to a different .mid file ?
    (1.mid, 2.mid,etc?)

    No.

    If you use the export file menu in the arrangement editor you will get a type 1 MIDI file containing all tracks in one file. If you use the export menu in one of the sequence editors you will get a type 0 MIDI file with only the MIDI data in that sequence.
