    Hello,

My first posting as a registered Podium user! So hello to all. I attempted to open the editors for several mda VST plug-ins this afternoon and get a window that comes up with nothing in it. I assume it is because these plugs do not have GUI’s. Is this the case, and if so, will this be supported? Thanks!

    Hi Brian, and welcome 🙂

You assume correct. Podium currently does not provide a generic plugin editor for plugins without GUI. It’s on the plan, but I’ll put a higher priority on it. You can still control the parameters of the plugins by setting up parameter automation tracks.

Here’s another vote for it.. I often use mda plugs, and the simulanalog plug, all of which have no gui.. I use a couple of others. I have found that getting presets in other hosts, then importing the fxbs helps, but it would be nice to do it natively!

Hey guys, thanks for the replies, and thank you for bumping that up on your to-do list. In the meantime, I’ll try to wrap these VST’s in Energy XT as a work-around.

I’m building my studio in Podium this morning (without the wizard, aren’t I brave? 😀 ) and find myself thinking of little things here and there to make it easier, so I’ll probably be writing another post this afternoon with a few suggestions.

    Thanks again
