Another work in progress…it needs a lot of work but comments are appreciated.
Interesting ideas.
I would add a few Voyager or Moog sounds and some short synths to add textures and off you go.
I’m not too sure on the guitar sound. What amp are you using?

xis23ParticipantAnother one done…. Starting up a punk/rock/dnb/breakcore thing with a couple of mates! Just gotta lay down vocals…
http://www.xis23.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Done.mp3and a work in progress: http://www.xis23.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/lob2.mp3
Looking forward to the new UI changes :)… can’t wait for pitching and time stretching! Will be able to banish using samplers for those sort of tasks…

Ok so…wow…this is stuff I would probably never be exposed to but I am glad I listened. Funky, bouncy, weird, cool. I really like the work in progress, it is not conventional what with the cut in talking bits. But I like unconventional. Maybe I just don’t listen to this type of music but I thought this was a “fresh” sound. I will be interested to hear what vocals ya’ll come up with for the first track.

kyranParticipantI have a general suggestion: maybe we could set up a “Made with Zynewave Podium” group on soundcloud, much like the “made with ableton live” group.
Soundcloud is a nice platform to move sounds and give feedback.August 19, 2010 at 04:36 #19248

…Walkman heaven. As funky-tight as Squarepusher.
Do you have a SoundCloud page? Loved the slippery wet distortion to your sound, it’s masterful. π

LevendisParticipantHello fellow Podium user,
This little PROJECT of mine is something I made using Zynewave’s software and plugins. Simply unzip the contents and run the .pod file. Included are 2 images I think suits the project and a Nucleum bank I plan to expand.
You’re welcome to edit, perform or discard these files.
Always open to feedback, sweet or sour. π

pbattersbyParticipantHere’s some original music created using both GarageBand and Podium.
My Music Partner Dave (singer, songwriter, piano, guitar) does his work in GarageBand, emails me the mp3s, I import into Podium, create my tracks and send them back.
These are all slideshow “videos” on YouTube. In each case it’s a mix of GarageBand, perhaps live guitar, Podium, the drums from FluidR3 and orchestra sounds from Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra
In each case, Dave’s singing, playing guitar or piano, I’m responsible for percussion and orchestral instruments.
“Center Stage” – YouTube Video
“On Your Own Terms (Face the Dawn)” – audio only
I previously posted the audio for this but here’s the YouTube Video
“The Lighthouse” – YouTube VideoJuly 27, 2011 at 05:14 #20840
