Topic: Velocity routing to vst Parameter

    Hi fritz, i dont´t know:
    is their a option to route vst parameters to velocity?
    some Plugins dont have velocity response and if i play chords is some db louder than the single Notes.
    a automation is sometimes not ideal an a compressor seems not the right way…

    Hi Marc. I’m not sure I understand you fully. If you mean the velocity of the notes stored in a Podium sequence, then these cannot be modified before they are sent to the plugin. The plugin will have to support responding to note-on velocity. Can you give an example of a synth plugin that doesn’t respond to velocity?

    Hello,
    yes in Note events, like Automation routet to the Vst fx.

    Mainly not on Synth I am using Organ Plugin B5 in uvi Workstation 2.6.15 and i Think they only Have the Pedal for Volume Control. it isn’t a Big Problem i`am Using a Compressor to Compansate the Higher Gain.
