Hi Frits Long time no speak 🙂 ,
I have’nt realy been doing much music for a while now 🙁 , Ive been getting to grips with dreamweaver and creating websites 😀 . I downloaded the latest version of Podium a bit ago but have only just got round to haveing a go. One new feature I would like to know a bit more about is this offline bounce rendering, could You fill Me in on what exactly it does and also how to do it.

    Many thanks

    Hi Stu,

Offline bounce rendering is similar to the previous realtime bounce recording feature, only it renders the bounce audio tracks without streaming to your audio interface, and by doing so typically can render faster-than-realtime and without sound dropping out because of CPU spikes, etc.

Check out the last section of the new ‘getting started’ tutorial to see how you use the ‘render bounce track’ command.

    Thanks Frits,
Ive just rememberd that I may have found a bug, Podium crashed when I was copying several tracks useing the ctrl shortcut. It seemed to be related to one particular track, so I copied them all again apart from this one track and it was fine. when I copied them useing the edit menu (including the dodgy track) it was also fine. I’ll send the project file ASAP.

    Speak later
