Answer my own question (d’oh) I bounced the master and then exported the resultant master bounce. I changed the export positions using the bar selection slider thingy at the top and kept the same conversion 64bit.

I’m just using sound card of the motherboard.
Happy to splash out on one if that is the issue.

What do people use that is good, I don’t really care about input (midi or audio), only really after the output.

I see the EMU 0404 on a search for “audiocard” is that still considered ok?
