@kingtubby – it’s not exactly the same because in the meantime i do some changes in arangment.
I have an idea.
When I solo some tracks I can then unsolo all of them clicking a common solo button above the track region. But when I click that button once again – solo configuration do not return to previous seting. Offten need such a function.
What do you think about it?
I have an idea. When mute or solo several tracks we can then unsolo or unmute all tracks with one button over the track headers. But when klick that button one more time mute or solo setup don’t go back to last mute or solo setings. Agree anybody with me that this will be a usefull function? I know, I can do it by Ctrl+z but often one do any edits in the meantime.
Frits! You have to create an SF2 player for Podium :):):)
Yes I have a freeware SFZ+ but it doesn’t work properly on any of my three computers, not only with Podium, with Traction too. It generate a dropouts and cracks on XP 32 and on Windows 7 64 bits. And it reports problems with memory. Some Podium projects I can’t even open or it starts but SFZ+ do not remember a programs I set for it. ShortCircuit works much better on my systems, very stable but most of SF2 samples need an envelop and filter setings correction. DirectWave is allover one great mistake. Lost money. It maybe works well on FL Studio but not as a VSTi. Today I have try a Samplelord, it’s quit good but there are some envelop “missinterpretation”. E-mu sampler even don’t try. It’s very expesive.
Which soft sampler is best for SF2?
Or perhaps Frits will create a Podium native SoundFont player? :):):)
Yes but SFZ do not work on my computer with “plugin multiprocessing” mode on and on my laptop crashes with Windows 7. SFZ is no more supported and I’m affraid that it stop working with next Windows versions. The same is with ShortCircuit wich works very, very well now. It’s no more supported. Too bad. Very nice plugin. And I decided to buy DW which is not much expensive and declare support for many samples formats include SF2.
Now I have to come back to ShortCircuit until FL fix a bags.
Ok, thanks. I’ve noticed that it happens when I use an SF2 with “total recall mode” activated in prefs. SF2 support is the only thing I bought a DW for… 😥

Composite tracks for midi too
Great suggestion!!!
YES! YES! YES!
Projct elements
project components
project ingredients
???
Frits, I’ve posted your replay to “Wallander Instruments” and that’s what they answerd:
“Thas will be fixed for the next update, meanwhile, change graphics driver
in WIVI settings to OpenGL or Software Renderer. That should do the trick.”
Ok, it’s not a big problem to me 🙂
Yes, I offten change the instruments and effects in Reason and than have to looking for it on the list. It will be usefull for me if the sort function will be “switchable” and works permanently after switching it.
And one more problem… changing the instrument preset in Reason can cause change device type… say from NN-XT to any COMBINATOR type of instrument, just by changing a preset. Than I have to manualy change a MIDI track destination in Podium because NN-XT no more exist and Podium do not switch output of its MIDI track to new instrument in Reason automatically. Is it possible Podium konnekt automatically new device?
Ha!! THX 🙂 In fact I selected all devices in REWIRE – REASON – MIDI folder in the device panel and on right mouse click there is a menu item: sort alphabetically 🙂 THX
