+1
I’m gonna get back into the tutorials, already plan to encourage ppl to get Podium there.
you mean, using one midi sequence for all the multi-out tracks?
If so, just put that sequence on one track, the midi is the same and the only thing different is where the audio is routed to.
thx
I do plan to make more
and yea I realized afterwards, pretty new to Poise.

I’ve added a “Tap Tempo” button to the Tempo Event Properties dialog. Key shortcut for the tap button is Alt+E.
So: You double-click the tempo field in the transport toolbar, or any of the events in the tempo event lane. Once you have tapped at least three times, the calculated tempo is entered in the BPM value field. Each tap will increase the measured time range, and thus result in a more precise bpm value. If you pause for two seconds, the tap history is reset, and you can tap in a new tempo. Press OK, and the tempo is applied.
Will be available in Podium 2.33.
Nice
I’ll admit I hoped for a more uhmm… flexible tempo. But still goodie.
Does anyone use tap tempo for multi-tempo songs?
I guess in that case, maybe a ‘tempo event’ keyboard shortcut?
That sounds good to me
tho, I think alt+click for Tap Tempo might be better. OR right-click for tempo dialog.
Yea, actually that horrible sound is what I’m going for.
Its a technique I’ve used, and want to use again. But, with zPitch it’s non destructive — so I dont need to have 3-4 copies of the same audio.

Please clarify. MCU emulation in the Podium UI?
there is a few MCU Emus, like GenMCU
and the BCF2000 comes with a Emulator
What I’m wondering is if you can have a built in MCU Emulator like those.
Actually, come to think of it, I don’t think you would need that if the faders, knobs, etc were already mapped to midi and have the option to remap. Probably the easiest and best way.

Hi lalo,
In one of the next releases I’ll improve the MCU-compatible control surface support. That should at least be a step in the right direction. I can’t give you a deadline for when I’ll implement generic support for MIDI-learn in the Podium UI. It’s on the todo list, but there are a lot of essential features on that todo list 😉
Would it be possible to have MCU emulation in it?
If you can that would actually give you something that you cant find in any other program.
