roninParticipant22 Tracks using a Presonus Firestudio. It was a full band live recording with a not very up-to-date notebook. Worked like a charm.
roninParticipantMaybe this has something to do with the fader/panner positions? have you tried this? In the mixer panel there is a rectangular area with small boxes in it. You can switch the fader/meter/pan position within the FX-chain.
roninParticipantSeems like there is another bug in the picture…some of the fader/meter-position switches show two enabled positions. I guess this should not happen.
roninParticipantA small bug: right-clicking the track part (where the track layout & faders are) of a floating track inspector opens the context menu at the wrong position (at the position where the attached track inspector is/may be).
roninParticipantDon’t know if it helps but dependancywalker reports dwmapi.dll as missing. (XP x86 SP3)
edit: rechecked it with other versions and the same message appears…but I’ve found out that this is a delay loaded dll that may produce problems if they are forced to load at startup…maybe this helps
roninParticipantUnforunately I can confirm the behaviour described by druid. 2.11 doesn’t work for me either.

roninParticipantThe Podium installer includes a pdf copy of the manual but I’m not sure if it contains the same informations as the wiki.
roninParticipantHmm sorry. I usually don’t use presets so I don’t look at their names.
One memory came back: I haven’t touched a project for a while so podium (it was 2.09beta7) told me that this project file uses an outdated file format (you know the rest of the dialog) while opening it. Maybe this was the problem that led to the crash. Podium didn’t crash during working on this project.

Could be the initialization of your MIDI/audio drivers. Try deleting the Podium.ini file (remember to backup the file).
Deleting the ini file did the trick…but opening the project file crashes Podium again. Can I mail you the pod file?
roninParticipantAnother hint: you can try wavosaur. free (and pretty good) wave editor. capable of performing various tasks like all kind of conversion…but I’m not sure if it can handle multi-channel-wave (except stereo) stuff as I never tried that.
