ZynewaveKeymasterYou need to create a device mapping for your V-verb device. Simplest way to do that is to use the “import hardware definition/generic effect device” menu on the project start page.
Podium will not record SysEx on a track unless the track is assigned a device mapping that can be used to play back the sysex data.
ZynewaveKeymasterHi Tore,
Podium does not yet have native dithering support when down-converting bit resolutions in the sound properties. You can put a dithering plugin (or any mastering plugin that supports dithering) in the arrangement master chain and there set the desired target bit resolution.
ZynewaveKeymasterYou must record enable each individual effect track that you want to automate. Ctrl+click the effect in the track lane header or use the R button in the track inspector.

Would that only have an impact on the visual presentation or would it mean losing grid guidance for finer placements?
It only impacts the visual grid. Snapping uses the highest resolution even if some grid lines are not painted due to the zooming.

However, i’d like to ask you for a minor adjustment. When the zoom is opened the grid is too crammed until the odd lines disappear. Please, could you do that the odd grid vertical lines disappear soon?
You mean you want a larger minimum spacing between the gridlines? Currently the minimum spacing is 5 pixels. Would it be better with 8 pixels?
ZynewaveKeymasterBeta7:
The timeline grid now reflects the editor snap settings. If snap is enabled and is not set to bar snapping, then the snap grid is drawn instead of the arrangement time-signature grid.
ZynewaveKeymasterIf you have the reverb set up as an insert effect (instead of on a bus return) then you can do a realtime bounce record with wet set to 100%. After that, copy the bounced sound to a new track, and bypass the effect on the original track. You can then adjust the gain on the two tracks to do the mix.
