You can try two (free) software:

    vst3shell
    shell2vst

Please note that these plugins are under development, so expect strange behavior or even crashes. Save your project frequently.

However, place your VST3 plug-ins in the following directories:
    64 bit: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
    32 bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\VST3

Create a folder (wherever you want) and extract the contents of vst3shell and shell2vst (which have 64-bit and 32-bit versions).
Drag vst3shell.x64.dll and vsti3shell.x64.dll to shell2vst64.exe (same for 32-bit version). It should create a subdirectory called VST3, containing the 64-bit VST2 dlls of all 64-bit VST3 plugins (all ~5kb).
Now you can move these plugins wherever you want and use them with Podium like any other plugin.

for those who are still looking for an easy, stable solution, try this:
    https://github.com/DISTRHO/Ildaeil

install Ildaeil as a vst2 synth and effect (synth and effects are two separate vsts). Load it up, and on the top right there’s a button that asks which plugin type you want to load – VST3/CLAP/LV2/etc. Ignore all that and select the option that asks you to select a file. Using that option, find a plugin of your choice and the synth/effect will be loaded up, ready to use. When you save your project, the VST3/CLAP/etc will be saved too.
