cheers H-man 🙂
hi phigital 🙂
try downloading again. i just re uploaded the file. i need to find some free hosting that doesn’t run out after a week!
were you using more than one instance of eraticCM? de la mancha uses synthedit to make his plugins and i know that using more than one instance of synthedit plugins on multiprocessor systems can cause crashes.
(originally posted in the all nucleum/podium demo thread)
a short track written with 6 instances of nucleum version 0.95 and a little zPEQ and zReverb…

just download it and open it making sure you have the latest version of nucleum in your vst folder
😀
hi h man, only just noticed your post. will do! 🙂
these updates have absolutely made my day, week, month! the piano roll now has all the functions i could possibly want and is quicker at getting the job done.

Excited to read the work in the piano roll area continues. It’s such a vital part in any host and not many of them are actually good at it.
agreed. in some other (far higher profile) apps using the piano roll can be a cumbersome and laborious process. it is a REAL pleasure to use such a well thought out piano roll.
many thanks for the update frits 🙂
hi thcilnnahoj,
excellent work! i like it alot. reminds me of some of bochum welts stuff (an artist on aphex twins rephlex label). good programming with your kick drum – i couldn’t manage to make one that sounds as ‘big’. its amazing what you can do with just one synth
cheers for the kind words btw 🙂
many thanks for the kind words everyone 🙂

Btw. Do I have your permission to include your presets in the default bank the next time I make a Nucleum release?
wow! yes, absolutely. it would be an honour! it’s also great to hear there will be another nucleum release. i keep coming back to this synth – it is very simply laid out, easy to program and has a very pleasing analogue sound. the inclusion of the fm section is what sets it apart. i think i used it with at least half of the sounds
😀 😀 😀
anyone, please feel free to remix, add to, improve or change the track in any way. it would be great to shape it into something worthy of bundling with podium as a ‘demo’ 🙂 the only thing to bear in mind is to keep the amount of nucleum instances on the low side to keep cpu consumption down.
hi H_man,
remember to re download my bank as i have added a few presets (some of which i have used in the tune). although, i wonder if the presets get saved with the .pod file? anyhow, theres a couple of new sounds in there now…
…bit audacious of me to call this a podium demo! i will just call it an all nucleum track instead 🙂

Wow, popular topic 🙂
Alt+clicking any ghost note shown in the piano roll timeline will switch the editor to the corresponding sequence.
wow. this is an amazing feature and a real time saver. thanks frits! 🙂
thanks for replying and helping me understand the reason for these spikes 🙂
i know that my testing is not at all definitive as it is only one particular project that i have used for this purpose. still i am pleased that i have found a way to reduce the spikes.
cheers, bladerunner
