I assume this means you have found the answers to your questions about the drum kit presets.
🙂 Yes, but I still don’t know how to delete some notes/programs from the drum map. Is this possible?
And what about the “automatic mapping for multiple out VSTi”?

Hi Frit’s
To (again) partially answer my own question.
I have just disabled the MIDI ports of the Emu card – No differance.
I then tried disabling the Audio ports – Hurrah ! Success. No CPU red flash. 🙂Only thing is, this means that the Emu card is causing this somehow. 😥
I’m guessing some sort of Sync signal is being sent to Podium. I’ll ask on an Emu forum to see if I can get an answer.

Hi,
some time ago on a different machine, I had the same problem. I had a M-Audio Delta 1010 LT. Now that I use an Acer Notebook 2 GHz Centrino, 2 GB of RAM and a Line6 Toneport audio interface, I thought I could get rid of the spikes. But I am not. They are still there. Some months ago Frits and me tried to solve this but there was nothing that helped. Especially when using Jamstix I had spikes with audio drop outs. I do not have these spikes with other hosts. It’s annoying.
Even at a higher latency (512 – 1000 samples) the problem is the same. So what I wanted to say: I don’t think it is a problem with your audio card, because I tried 2 audio interfaces, and the problem stayed. 😥

yes! Otherwise it wouldn’t have worked in Cubase..

Works great here! The hierarchy looks much more obvious now! Thanks for that great update! 😀

Thanks for all the answers. Looking forward to the screenshot. 🙂
Me too!! 🙂
I like the new look!!! The signal flow is much more obvious with this.. Good work, Frits!!

As far as I can see, this new feature adds some nice workflow optimization, ’cause the mixer is so clutterfree now, as compared to what it was before. So I like it!! 😛

This sounds like a nice solution. Frits, you surprise me all the time with your good ideas. You always stick to your vision!! I really appreciate that and wish that other devs would follow.
I’ll come back for commenting on the new feature.

🙂 Ok! Glad I found the Plugin.. The major features are a good choice! Perhaps I should stop throwing in my minor probs.. 😳 and let you do your job.. 😛 Because I want to see Podium grow, too! Just like the other happy users here!
Thanks anyway!

Hi Max.
Sorry, but why do you import ALL of the plugins on startup? For example, I use “import plugin” and “import plugin definition” buttons in Podium wizard to load plugs that I need in the project one by one. It’s one of the best things in Podium that you don’t need to load all plugins on startup IMO.
BTW, for me Tracktion’s incompatible plugins list is a little buggy. I remember that once it marked my EMU FX as incompatible… 🙄
Hi Max, 🙂
Frits recently implemented the “scan and import only new plugins” feature. This is a “one-button” solution and works great most of the time, as I am always looking for new plugins in the web. Quite easier than importing by hand.
I had that happening with Betabugs Spinbug. I can load it manually however without problem.
That is exactly what I found out! I installed the Betabugs Pack 1. Now after having deleted it from my Podium-Plugin-Folder, the scan works great again. Weird..
