I find the audition useful during playback, when trying to fit notes to the playing melody.
OK, but then you need to hear only the actual (pressed) note. Not all notes which you pressed few seconds ago (this leads to horrible cacophony!). To be honest, this behavior is a big disappointment for me, because the Podium´s pianoroll seem to be almost unusable for composing pads, strings and similar stuff 🙁
LiquidProj3ct: exactly. Well said. Sorry, my english isn´t so good, so it is hard to explain things correctly and clearly… to be honest, this problem (midi notes preview behavior) is critical for me 🙁
Thanks, but in my opinion the better option is to hear the note only if the mouse button is pressed, like in Reaper for example…
Could be great to have some more pattern-oriented mode in Podium, like we just discussed in another thread.
Zynewave: thanks for kind reply. I will save more copies of my work in future (eg. not saving to one file everytime, but often make many saves- save1, save2, etc.).
Zynewave: yes, I mean Windows taskbar at the bottom (with Start button etc.). Sorry for confusing word, my bad.
Thanks, I already found this solution, but it annoys me to switch auto-hiding of windows bar on/off every time. I´d like to have this feature inside Podium. I don´t know if this is hard to implement or not. IMHO it could be cool to have this function native in Podium.
thcilnnahoj: please how you can do that selecting which is in your animation? I cannot figure out it… (i´m newbie to Podium) thank you very much
+1
Excellent idea, especially for songwriters!
Wow, it works! thank you very much! I´ll continue to demo it and eventually I will buy it. Have a nice day.
