ZynewaveKeymasterIf I stick to my current rate of releasing, then V2 should arrive in about 8 months. Time-stretching should be implemented way before that. I doubt however that notation will be available in V2.

I’m curious to hear how well Podium performs emulated within OSX. I have not kept up with the OSX development in the last couple of years. Is “Parallels” something that is built into MacIntel OSX? It would be sweet if Podium could run “emulated” directly from a standard OSX installation.

This is not something I have planned. But if we look far into the future, then maybe some day Podium will have gained so many features (and price increases) that it would make sense to create gold/platinum/whatever editions. I hope I can avoid this, but future sales will show if this is a necessary step. If that happens, then existing customers will get a free license upgrade to the new “pro” edition.

If what changes? All current users will get V2 free of charge.

Once you have created a new project with all devices set up as you want them, use the “Save project as template” menu command (click the menu button in panel at the upper left corner). The template project will then be available as a submenu of the “New Project” menu. Selecting the template when you want to start on a new project will then skip the plugin scanning and device mapping preparations.
ZynewaveKeymasterMy bad. The error message contains the plugin name only if the crash occurs when loading the plugin in an arrangement.
If you remove the Monkeyage plugin, will the scan then complete?
Is there a website for this Spectral Monkeyage? It seems the official site is gone.

I’m not sure what you mean by realtime. In addition to the existing “Quantize” edit menu command there will be an additional “Quantize…” command which opens a dialog where you can set amount of swing, strength, etc. There will be a “Preview” option like in the beat slice dialog. I’m not talking about groove templates. That will come later.
ZynewaveKeymasterBtw. I just checked the code, and the name and filename of the plugin causing the crash should be mentioned in the error message.
