Thanks. When the time will come, I will be able to check how it works. π
Thanks! Yes, great blessing these children, not always easy, but that is a “sweet burden”. My wife and I are so greatful for them and we always pray we’ll be good parents and wise mentors! My oldest son, he’s six now, will start school this autumn. He’s gonna be a guitarist (he says) as he likes guitar so much! The little one is only 8 months, but so sweet little princess! Definitely, she’s got her mom voice, nice, loud and clear! π
As for this website, it is all good with the new browsers. The old ones are the problem!
Thanks, no worries, it is an issue only on the ancient now Internet Explorer 8. Chrome seems to handle it right.
π Could it be Matrix?
I feel the same, more should happen around here… but it doesn’t. No worries, we feel good about each others on this forum, that is the nice bit!
Anyway, I have to say I have a big problem with Podium – can not spend enough time with it! I enjoy everytime when I open it, but that happens too rarely. I love checking the board – I do check eveyday – but I did not really do much at all about the recording and mixing. My day job is demanding, my two little children as well… I simply don’t have the time I’d like to spend on music… One day I hope!
I posted on several forums and mailings about the new Zynewave site, but I think the response was rather shy and unsignificant. When the next release will happen, maybe sooner than later, I think that will animate things a little bit. I hope. So we’ll have more to discuss!
π
All the best to all!
Adi
Well, you have to make absolutely sure that you place the Bounce Range from the beginning of the tracks. Actually, it is better to not make a selection at all, that will render the whole material.
Is this the case? Or is it something else? Is it the same behaviour if you tried to Bounce audio (non MIDI)? Give us some details.
Hi all,
Since we are at the new webpage discussion, there is a little bit of an bug, or maybe it is a feature…
In order to post a reply on this thread for instance, it is not enough to login from the menu, but it is needed to login again (second time) from the “+” sign, right before trying to post…
Anyway, still trying to adjust my ageing computer to the new webdesign! π
open Podium > settings > preferences > plugins
π
π Hi, that is a nice idea! But only using Podium plug-ins is a bit restrictive… The Verb will do the job just fine, the EQ the same, but a little bit of compression and stereo manipulation would be needed…
Actually this was mentioned before, as a request for future plugins, Frits will probably add it, eventually, but not right now…
So, I’ll take a look – I like the idea!
Good for you Cris, congrats!!!
π
How about sharing a little bit of the back stage work? What did you use to produce this? The sound is very good, well balanced layering, no doubt. All Podium? What vsts?
Mult succes si numai de bine!
THank you so much for taking time to answer my question!
Your answer actually help me think of workarounds and I think I could indeed leave the master Track with no fx, then create a βsub-masterβ and make all the track into child-tracks of that…
I am at the work now, but I’ll give it a try later.
Thank you!
Adi
π Good then!
Maybe Frits will implement it rather sooner than later. I think would be very helpful indeed to see the respective markers on top of all tracks right to the bottom..
Well, that’s the point, I cannot show you an example, as Podium does not mark down through all the tracks. I remember Reaper could. A simple dotted line that is visible from the top to the bottom, through all the tracks.
Of course you could use a VST sampler to load individual sounds, or you just drop them in Podium. The condition is for them to be wav, not mp3, as Podium does not import/export this format.
Difficult one! That is why we need time-stretch at some point. Hopefully sooner than later.
Anyway, using UVI Workstation for instance, which is a free download, you can adjust the tempo for loops and drag and drop them into the project. It is the best workaround I found so far. Sometimes works, sometimes not so well.
Thanks, I decided to limit myself in just adding more and more vsts, but I might try one of these…
All the best!
