stuI’ll do my best to get it to you but its quite difficult for me to do so. This computer that Im talking to you on now is not the one I use for podium, in fact its not even under the same roof as that one. The one I use for podium has’nt got a floppy drive or cd/w so the only way I can do this is to take my hard drive out and put it into this one and do it like that. Could you let me know exactly how to attach it to an email and send it because Ive never done it befor.
While Im doing this I’ll take the oppertunity to tell you about a bug to do with Daichi Synth 1 and I’ll incorporate it into the same project for you so you can take a look at it. When you try to store a libary preset for synth 1, the name of the preset in bank 0, and place 0 within that bank, comes up instead of the preset you want to store. the rite sound is still played and everything but the name is wrong. All the presets I use are My own so I don’t have any of the Teksonic or any other banks loaded in the synth, only My own.
Also I am very kean to see Podium Develop, and also very kean to be part of it. I was just wondering if you would prefer sugestions concentrating on how to develop things that already exesist in podium or whole new ideas ❓
stusorry, also the number dropped down to -1000% very smoothly, as in that each number between 73% and -1000% was displayed for a very short time, as opposed to -1000% just suddenly appearing. And also on the way back up to 73% or what ever it was, the numbers also went up smoothly. I don’t no if this can tell you anything or not just thought it may be usefull to know.
stuSorry about the delay on My replys, I don’t get much chance to use the net. The cpu meter remained green and it lasted for a couple of seconds at the most, as if it was a sort of reverse spike. During the time that it happend everything was running smoothly, sound, graphics and everything.
stuIt was a parameter for a plugin synth, a vst parameter. So can I change the value from 00 1.00 to 00 1.27. If so could you give me a quick walk through of how to do this.

stusorry, yes it did write it in the cpu meter in podium, I cant tell you if it happend in the cpu meter in windows or not, I did’nt think to look.
stuMy pc is powerfull but its not exactly a super computer, just a p4 3ghz ht.
I was just going about my project like normal and then 😯 . Its happend 2 or 3 times now ❓
stuI mentioned this a while ago and I have to agree that being able to automate the track bypass switch is a good idea. Its good for when you use alot of one shot sounds in your choons and you don’t want to record them so you can still tweak them or change them a later on in the production.

stuNice one guys. So would you recomend letting the audio go into red to get better sound qaulity ( I heard that the more of the meter you use the more bits you use and so the more resolution you have ❓ ) or would this compromise sound qaulity ❓ .

Ive had this problem to, it seems to be somthing to do with when you use 96khz. I mentioned this to Frits a while ago now, he said that using a higher sample rate will use more cpu (true), so I started using 44100hz instead and everything was running just fine. He said that because 96khz is nearly double 44100hz twice as much cpu is needed. The thing is I can probably run about triple or more at 44100hz than at 96khz, theres somthin not quite right about it 😕 . Anyway thats all I can say about the matter, just try switching to 44100hz for now, thats if your not already at 44100.

Also I was speaking to Fritz about implementing an envelope into podium that controls the master tempo does traktor have this feature or do you use loads of tempo makers ❓
