Missing VSTs are showed by a red symbol in the devices list. Or is this not what you meant?
Well, not exactly… There was a button in old Podium wizard, after pressing it Podium has automatically searched in VST folder tree for missing dlls.
Select all the plugin mappings that are shown with a red icon, right click the selection and use the “search in file folder” menu. Podium will search in sub folders as well, so select your root VSTplugins folder unless you have several root VST folders.
Thanks, Frits. Will try.

now I understand how that was meant.. sorry..
It seems that you are happy with how your VST plugs sorted 😉

MaxParticipantIt seems that with replacing Podium wizard we’ve lost “search for missing instrument in VST folder tree” function. Am I right? If so, can we have it back?
MaxParticipantA free virtual fader plugin from Sonalksis – FreeG.
You can get it here: http://www.sonalksis.com/index.php?section_id=99
Actually I didn’t try it in Podium yet 8) but it looks very, very useful for Podium.
P.S. The download page requests your personal information, but it’s optional!
MaxParticipantThanks for info about update, caco!
MaxParticipantJust came to my mind: plugin import options on startup page would also be useful for beginners, it can show the different ways to work with VST plugs in Podium.

Why not use the project template feature for this?
I use project template feature for this now 😉
I’ve decided to post this idea because I think that additional plugin import options on start page will make it useful for all Podium users (import all plugins on startup is useful only for the beginners in my opinion).
But, as Podianer said, if it will mess up project start page – no problem. Project templates solution is good enough for me 🙂

MaxParticipantThat’s will be a great improvement.
MaxParticipantAuto-change child track hierarchy level on deleting parent track…. That would be great (as a global option maybe). I miss that veery much sometimes. +1
MaxParticipantNice idea, Max.
I really like it.
MaxParticipantPodium wizard (ctrl+w) is great for arrangement (and of course project) setup. You can easilly create master track and instrument tracks (they will be automatically created as a sub-tracks of a master track).
It also great for importing plugs and much more.
